last night i had steak and shrimp it was so yummy my dad grilled the steak and my mom cooked the shrimp.The house behind our house her name is robin but she brought the shrimp.The good thing is well it was my mom's and robin's birthday dinner we had a blast except boys where there my brother and his friend where there it was so horrifing.

Starting Cardiac Cardinals this year in fifth grade oh no.Just went on a field trip Friday to the Chattanooga Aquarium F.U.N I got to pet sting rays but not sharks :[ but I got to go in to the butter fly room:)

well I went to my Mommy's work and tried this amazing orange fluff and it was so yummy !And I also tried pinta chips and they were yummy too.One more thing I tried is a brownie with cheese cake icing

Well I am learning about fiber so what I have learned is if it has hidden fats or added fats.So Realized that steak has hidden and that cake has hidden fats also.Oh I for got this is in cardiac kids so I lost three and a half pounds this week!!!!!!!!

recipe for hot chocolate on a stick

This is how you make hot chocolate on a stick!
Hot chocolate on a Stick
8 oz chocolate, any kind, milk, semi sweet, white
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup powdered sugar
pinch of salt

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Once it is melted, remove from the heat and add the cocoa, sugar and salt. Mix it until it is all combined. It will get really thick...like a frosting consistency. Once it is all mixed put the mixture into a baggie and snip of the corner and pipe it into your mold. I used a standard ice cube tray. Tap the ice tray on the counter to smooth it out and so that it can settle . Insert a stick and put it into the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens. Decorate it by dipping it into other chocolates or leave it plain.

Stir the stick into a 1 cup of hot milk, until it is dissolved.

Today was my first day at cardiac kids!I learned abut nutrition.First ,i learned about a food pyramid.Next about the pyramid their was a cool thing that i learned.And it was that i learned to eat healthy!Then,here's a bright idea first,if you want to learn how to eat healthy here's a way you go on the Internet and do as much as possible to find out how to eat healthy!Oh and i for got something we talked about grains,how many servings you should have,and one last thing you should know we learned about fruits and vegetables!
